Registration

The symposium will be held with in-person attendance at Istanbul Kültür University and the fees are as follows:

REGISTRATION DETAILS

The registration fee covers access to all technical sessions, plenary and keynote presentations, a conference bag containing the Book of Abstracts, coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome cocktail reception, the official dinner (exclusively for registered authors), full paper publication in the conference proceedings, and applicable taxes. Accepted full papers will be published in the fully indexed Springer Proceedings of SCCS 2025, contingent upon verification of the registration fee payment and confirmed participation in the conference.

Substitutions
Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.

Student Registration Fees
Student registration rates are only available to enrolled undergraduate and graduate students who have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.

Paper & Poster Presentation Policy
All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented in person in Conference venue at the premises of Istanbul Kültür University. Specific instructions will be posted in the conference website.

Payment, Confirmation & Receipt
All payments are due in EURO (€). Registration fees are determined by the date the payment is received. Accepted methods of payment are online payments via credit card and wire transfers.
